Scottish Pentathlon recently held its first ever Staff & Board away day at the stunning Glenmore Lodge in Aviemore.
The purpose of the away day was to get all Scottish Pentathlon staff and board members together to discuss the progress of the organisation to date, to look at the future planning strategy and discuss how best to take the organisation and sport forward, in the relaxed setting of Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore.
The weekend proved to be a huge success, with all staff and board members in attendance and the discussions only halting for lunch and dinner breaks. The vast majority of time was taken up with discussions and debates on how to improve the current infrastructure and profile of the organisation, as well as how to develop the sport over the coming years, with all debates and discussions coming to a positive conclusion.
Scottish Pentathlon would like to thank sportscotland for assisting with the organisation of the away day and the Glenmore Lodge staff for their excellent service and hospitality over the weekend.
