Annual General Meeting 2023 – Thursday 26 October at 6pm (on line via Zoom)
PRELIMINARY NOTICE
Preliminary notice is hereby given to all senior and junior members of Scottish Pentathlon Limited that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 26 October 2023 at 6pm (online via Zoom).
As stipulated in the Company’s articles, only senior members are entitled vote at the meeting.
Proxy votes will be accepted for senior members unable to attend the meeting. These will be issued with the agenda and formal papers not less than 14 days in advance of the meeting.
The meeting will be hosted virtually on Zoom and an invitation to register to attend the meeting will also be issued not less than 14 days in advance of the meeting, with registrations closing 48 hours before the meeting on Tuesday 24 October 2023.
At this time members are invited to forward any formal resolutions for consideration at the meeting to the Company by email to: [email protected] by 5pm on Thursday 28 September 2023.
