Annual General Meeting 2023 – Thursday 26 October at 6pm (online)
Dear Member
Formal notice is hereby given to all senior and junior members of Scottish Pentathlon Limited that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held online on Thursday 26 October 2023 at 6pm.
As stipulated in the Company’s articles, only senior members are entitled to vote at the meeting.
Registering to participate in the Meeting
If you wish to attend the meeting via Zoom please register by emailing [email protected] by 1pm on Tuesday 24 October 2023.
Once registered a Zoom meeting link will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Proxy Votes
Only senior members may vote at the AGM. Proxy votes will be accepted for senior members unable to attend the meeting.
A proxy voting form is attached together with the agenda and associated papers.
To be valid this form of proxy must be received, duly signed, at the Company’s registered office via post to: Scottish Pentathlon, Caledonia House, South Gyle, Edinburgh, EH12 9DQ. Proxy forms must be received not less than 48 hours before the time of start of the meeting (ie: by 6pm on Tuesday 24 November 2023).
Proxy forms may also be emailed to [email protected] again duly signed and sent from the voting member’s registered email address, to arrive 48 hours ahead of the meeting (ie: by 6pm on Tuesday 24 October 2023)
Scottish Pentathlon will not accept one person sending in a batch of proxy voting forms by email as it would not be possible to validate each form as having come from the individual member.
