Formal notice is hereby given to all senior and junior members of Scottish Pentathlon Limited that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held online on Thursday 28 October 2021 at 6pm.
As stipulated in the Company’s articles, only senior members are entitled vote at the meeting.
Registering to participate in meeting
If you wish to attend the meeting via Zoom please register by emailing [email protected] by 1pm on Tuesday 26 October 2021.
Once registered a link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Proxy votes
Proxy votes will be accepted for senior members unable to attend the meeting.
To register your proxy vote, please email [email protected] and a proxy form will be sent to you for submission by 1pm on Tuesday 26 October 2021.
